Our Process

Waste Disposal Legislation Consultants look at the full waste process. And look at the full potential savings for the organisation.

This includes all forms of general waste and its components; black bag waste, recyclable waste, garden waste and hazardous waste.

We then review how that waste is currently being disposed of including; frequency of pick up, most economic waste storage options and current waste provider services.

A plan is then put together to offer either cost savings with the existing providers in place, or a plan that looks at all options to maximize cost savings.

At this point, an application is created to serve on the appropriate waste authority.

We then correspond and negotiate with that waste authority to generate the greatest savings as well as to confirm a smooth transition of contracts.

We then bill the client for a percentage of the first year’s savings.
